Lay it flat. Take a tape measure and measure side seam to side seam at the darts. Note this number.
Then measure the front, side seam to side seam, FOLLOWING THE CONTOURS OF THE DARTS, note this number.
Add the two numbers together, note it.
In the listing, state ""fitted bustline , back measures --- , front measures--- for a total of --- inches."
It's an important measurement distinction for women who are either very narrow in the back but busty or have broad backs but not full busts.
