I contacted the seller to find out where the items where and they said they had been sent to the wrong postal zone and had been re-routed back to them. They then apologized and said this was a postal mistake and they were re-sending the items. They asked me to not leave them negative feedback as it was a postal mistake. They said I would have my shoes in 7-10 days but they never showed up! I have try several times to contact them but they haven't responded. Now it is too late to take the matter up with ebay....is there any thing I can do?
Over 60 - I think it's too late for eBay or PayPal to get involved, or to leave FB for the seller. Credit cards often give the cardholder more than 60 days to file a complaint. OP, next time, don't wait that long - four weeks is more than enough time, even when an item is returned and has to be sent back out.
